Syed Taqwa Shah: A teacher with a message of hope from writer and teacher

Srinagar: Syed Taqwa Shah an 28-year-old girl from Fatehpora area of Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district, A ray of hope shines through the words of Syed Taqwa Shah, a 28-year-old writer and teacher from Safa Kadal, Srinagar.

Syed Taqwa Shah, a passionate writer and dedicated teacher, believes that life’s challenges have not only disrupted our lives but also tested our character. In her own words, “once we are determined to overcome adversity, prosperity will surely come our way.”

Syed Taqwa Shah, a private school teacher at kitty hawk Public School in Noorbagh, aspires to become a future columnist and journalist to gain a deeper understanding of the world and share her insights with others. Her commitment to honesty, humility, and truth in writing serves as an inspiration to all.

Taqwa started writing poems in 2019. “I have penned around 20 till date she said.

“Recent events have taken a toll on human life and the economy, leaving many struggling to meet their basic needs. Regardless of background or beliefs, people worldwide have been affected by economic challenges. Even the most hardworking individuals find themselves facing depression and mental trauma,” said Taqwa said.

Taqwa further, “reflects on the paradox that despite advances in various fields, we remain vulnerable to unexpected challenges. These challenges have affected countless lives globally. However, she emphasizes that it is our responsibility to act as conscious and courageous individuals.”

“In the ongoing battle between health and wealth, I would like to urge us to prioritize well-being. I would like to echo the age-old saying, ‘Jan Hai to Jahan Hai,’ while emphasizing that our health should be our foremost concern,” she said with adding by prioritizing our health and adhering to recommended safety measures and guidelines, we can ensure our survival and eventual prosperity.

She added that, my message is clear: taking care of our well-being and adhering to recommended safety measures are not just civic duties but also essential steps toward a brighter, safer future. I would like to encourage everyone to unite in facing life’s challenges, reminding us that by surviving today, we can look forward to a better tomorrow.”

“As the world continues to grapple with various challenges, messages of hope and resilience like Taqwa Shah’s remind us that together, we can overcome even the most formidable obstacles,” she added.

Taqwa family has been very supportive of her dreams and aspirations. They encouraged her to pursue her passion for writing and provided her with the necessary resources to achieve her goals.

Talking about her future plans, Taqwa said that she wants to become an author and spread happiness through her writings.

Being interested in writing, Taqwa first important public reach out was through an article for a prominent English daily in Kashmir. In the article, she appeal people to follow SOPs to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 infection in a creative way and her way of reaching out was appreciated.

Her recent writings focusing on health and women empowerment have been published in different newspapers and websites. She is also the co-author of Soul Speaks published by Notion Press, India.
Taqwa shah wants to give a message to the youth of valley that they should not waste their time on issues which may spoil their dreams and those of their families.
“As far as our Kashmir is concerned, due to the lack of employment, youth of valley are going for bad things like drugs. It’s the time that we can create something new which will help our upcoming generation to become their inspiration,”
