Doda, June 26: As heavy rain has lashed the area, deputy commissioner has decided to close all the schools upto class 8th in district Doda.
Whereas in Gundoh region, schools upto class 10th have been closed.
According to an order issued by Chief Education Officer Doda, which reads, “By order of DC Doda, In view of the heavy rain, it is hereby ordered that the classes from Pre school to elementary level (class 8th) shall remain suspended today. Moreover staff and HOIs shall take precautionary measures to avoid any untoward incident due to ongoing inclement weather conditions.”
