Budgam: Noorul Ain Welfare Foundation Jammu & Kashmir organised a Quran Recitation and Naat Khwani Competition at Kanihama, Magam, in district Budgam. Children from across the Valley participated in the competition with great enthusiasm and devotion.
The event provided a valuable platform for young participants to demonstrate their skills in Qur’anic recitation and Naat-e-Rasool (SAW), reflecting deep reverence, discipline, and artistic excellence. The primary objective of the programme was to promote Islamic values, moral education, and to nurture religious and cultural talents among the younger generation.
Prominent religious scholars (Ulama-e-Kiram) and respected social personalities were present on the occasion, who appreciated the efforts of the organisers and encouraged the participants to continue their spiritual and educational pursuits.
Addressing the gathering, Chairman Noorul Ain Welfare Foundation, Noor Said, lauded the enthusiasm and dedication of the children and highlighted the importance of organising such faith-based programmes for the moral and spiritual development of youth.
At the conclusion of the programme, certificates were distributed among the participants in recognition of their participation and performances.
