Banihal, September 3: A central reserve police force man from Bihar commited suicide by shooting himself with his service weapon near Navyuga tunnel in Banihal area of Ramban district last night.
The CRPF man was identified as Bashit Narayan Yadav of Bauxar Bihar.
Giving details, Police said that they received an information of CRPF man committing suicide and a team rushed to the spot. “The trooper was immediately shifted to sub district hospital Banihal where doctors declared him as brought dead. The body was taken for medico-legal formality,” the police said.
A case in this regard has been registered in police station Banihal.
