Udhampur, August 24: Three people have died and another gor injured when a dumper met with an accident in Battu Nallah near Dudu area of Udhampur district today.
The injured person was rescued from the accident site and shifted to a nearby hospital.
Giving details, police said that a dumper skidded off the road and fell into a deep gorge resulting in killing of three people and injuring one.
Rescue operation was launched immediately and the injured person was shifted after being taken out of the vehicle.
Meanwhile, police has registered a case in this regard and investigation was started to ascertain the actual cause of the accident.
