Srinagar : Almost four years after Article 370 was abrogated by Government of India and Kashmir based leaders and parties had filed petitions against it, Supreme Court today constituted a five-judge-bench to hear the matter.
The bench will be headed by Chief Justice of India D Y Chandrachud and other judges who will be part of this bench are Justice Sanjay Krishan Kaul, Justice Sanjiv Khanna, Justice B R Gavai and Justice Surya Kant.
