Srinagar, March 06: Srinagar city has been designated as a “Temporary Red Zone” for the operation of drones and quadcopters, under Rule 24(2) of the Drone Rules, 2021, effective immediately.
Srinagar Police wrote on X (Twitter) that all unauthorized drone operations within the Red Zone will be subject to penalties outlined in the Drone Rules, 2021.
The Srinagar Police urge citizens to cooperate with this directive and act responsibly.
