Fire Broke Out In Chak Sanzipora Village

A cowshed was damaged after fire erupted on Sunday at 2130 hrs (late evening) in Village chak Sanzipora area of North Kashmir’s mawer Qalamabad.

Indian Army from the nearby Qalamabad (Kalamchakla) camp immediately reached the spot and quickly brought fire under control with the assistance of F&ES and locals. Prompt action by Army and locals led to No loss of life in the incident

Chak Sanzipora being a remote village with limited road access and no consistent telecommunication facilities,

Delayed the flow of information and response, however local praised Major of Qalamabad ( kalamchakla) Army camp and his team who reached timely and brought fire under control.
