Doda, August 10: Doda police today organised an impressive Tiranga rally which attracted one and all in the town and saw participation of police, paramilitary forces and students of different schools.
The rally was led by SSP Doda Abdul Qayoom which began at sports stadium Doda and moved through the town before getting culminated at police station Doda.
The rally was part of an ongoing series of events under the theme “Mere Maati Mera Desh –Mitti ko Naman, Veeron ko Vandan”.
Interacting with the rally participants, SSP Doda briefed them for the purpose of organizing this event which is mainly aimed to pay tribute to the Veers who have made the supreme sacrifice for the sake of nation.
