Police Deploy Sniffer Dogs to Detect Narcotics in Hajin
Bandipora: Continuing its firm stand against the menace of narcotics, Police Station Hajin carried out a focused anti-drug campaign across key areas of the town.
The operation was strategically conducted in high-footfall zones, including the busy bus stand and main market, where movement of people and vehicles remains constant throughout the day.
During the drive, police teams conducted random vehicle checks to prevent the transportation of illegal substances. Special focus was placed on vehicles arriving from far-flung and remote areas to ensure strict vigilance.
To further strengthen the operation, a trained sniffer dog was deployed, thoroughly inspecting both private and passenger vehicles, adding an extra layer of security and precision to the operation.
Such proactive efforts reflect the commitment of the Hajin Police in making the area drug-free and ensuring the safety of the community.
