Jammu, June 22: Vice President of India Jagdeep Dhankhar alongwith Dr. Sudesh Dhankhar arrived here this morning to attend two-day convocation of university of Jammu.
After arriving here, the Vice President of India drove to university of Jammu where he planted a tree at the premises.
This is the first visit of vice president of India to Jammu and Kashmir after assuming the office on August 11, 2022. He was serving as Governor of West Bengal before being elected as vice president.
