Srinagar, March 30: The Kulgam District Police on Saturday took action by attaching the property of a drug peddler in Malipora Devsar in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
“The residential house belonging to Sabzar Ahmad Rather, son of Abdul Salam Rather a resident of Malipora Devsar under Survey 165, has been frozen/seized under Section 68F (1) of the NDPS-1985 Act. It has been specified that no one is permitted to purchase, sell, lease, or transfer this property as per the directives issued,” police said.
