These remarks were made during his address to party workers organized by the NC in Malikpora village in North Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Wednesday. The meeting, presided over by senior National Conference leader and constituency incharge Sonawari Hilal Akbar Lone, saw the attendance of hundreds of party workers. Many prominent workers joined the party during the event in the presence of Hilal Akbar Lone. Welcoming the new entrants into the party fold, Hilal Akbar stated that their joining would undoubtedly strengthen the party at the grassroots level.
