New Delhi, August 29: A move which is going to benefit people on the whole and will give respite from increasing inflation, government of India today announced price cut of Rs 200 on domestic LPG cylinders.
Union Minister Anurag Thakur in a Cabinet briefing announced the price cut of LPG cylinders under Ujjwala Scheme by Rs 200 per cylinder.
“PM Modi has decided ₹200 reduction in the price of domestic LPG cylinders, for all users…this is a gift from PM Narendra Modi, to the women of the country, during the occasion of Raksha Bandhan”, said Union Minister Anurag Thakur.
He said that this will benefit 33 crore consumers in the country.
