Bandipora, March 15: As part of its preparations for the upcoming Lok Sabha Election 2024, the District Election Office in Bandipora conducted a comprehensive training program for employees from various departments at the mini secretariat.
The training aimed to equip employees with practical skills necessary for conducting polls and managing diverse poll processes during the forthcoming Lok Sabha Election-2024.
Master Trainer Manzoor Ahmad Bhat led the training session, with Election Nodal Officer/ExEn R&B Asadullah Najar overseeing the proceedings.
During the training, emphasis was placed on the crucial role of employees in facilitating a smooth election process. Participants were briefed on the importance of maintaining ethical standards, including neutrality, confidentiality, and fairness in all interactions with voters and stakeholders.
Special attention was given to training employees to assist voters with special needs, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all eligible voters.
The training session underscored the commitment of the District Election Office in Bandipora to ensure a transparent and inclusive electoral process for the Lok Sabha Election 2024.
