Applications on the prescribed format (Annexure-A) are invited from eligible candidates of Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir for engagement against the following posts on Academic Arrangement Basis under S.O. 364 of 2020 Dated: 27-11-2020 as per the following eligibility criteria shown against each:-

Occupational Therapist/Jr. Occupational therapist Level-6 (35400-112400)  : 05

Total Posts : 18

Note :-

1. The candidates must be in possession of all required documents and no document/certificate issued beyond the cutoff date shall be accepted/ entertained.

2. The selection shall be made purely on the basis of merit obtained by the candidate in the written test, if required, which shall be notified subsequently after cut-off date.

3. No. of posts may increase or decrease and the final selection will be made as per actual requirement at that time.

The desirous candidates shall submit the application form physically along with the following documents in the office of the Administrator, Associated Hospitals  GMC Srinagar (Hospital Section, Room No. 322) w.e.f 09-12-2024 to 20-12-2024 upto 4:00 pm. No form shall be entertained after cutoff date and time.

Requisite Documents to be appended with the Application Form.

1. Application form duly filled-in with photograph affixed at the earmarked space.

1. Pay in slip for an amount of Rs. 1000/= (Rupees One Thousand only credited to account: 0349040100007655) which is non refundable, duly stamped and signed by the bank authorities as per Annexure-B.

1. Date of Birth certificate.

1. Domicile Certificate.

1. Registration Certificate(s) of the relevant course.

1. All the requisite qualification certificate(s) as reflected above in the eligibility criteria against each Post.
