Srinagar, May 26th: Continuing its crackdown on drug trafficking under the Nasha Mukt Jammu & Kashmir Abhiyan, Srinagar Police has attached a residential property worth around ₹1 crore belonging to an alleged drug peddler from Bijbehara, Anantnag.
The action was taken under Section 68(F) of the NDPS Act in connection with an FIR registered at Police Station Shergari, Srinagar. Police said the property cannot be sold or transferred without permission from the competent authority.
Srinagar Police reiterated its commitment to dismantling narcotics networks and urged the public to share information related to drug peddling.
