MLA Budgam Aga Syed Muntazir Graces Grand Finale as Haran Challengers Giants Lift Trophy

Budgam: The grand finale of the 6th Edition of the Champions Cup concluded with immense excitement and sportsmanship at the historic Narbal Cricket Ground, drawing over 200 enthusiastic supporters. In a thrilling contest, the Haran Challengers Giants emerged victorious over the Super Giants Gutpora, claiming the championship title in a memorable final match.

The event was graced by MLA Budgam, Aga Syed Muntazir, who attended as the Chief Guest. Senior police officers, Hilal Parvaiz (Chairman, Civil Society Narbal), and several local dignitaries were also present, adding prestige to the tournament. The turnout highlighted the growing community interest in sports and youth engagement in the region.

Following the match, MLA Muntazir congratulated the Haran Challengers Giants for their outstanding performance and appreciated the Super Giants Gutpora for their sportsmanship, discipline, and determination. He praised the organizers for successfully hosting the tournament and emphasized the importance of sports in fostering unity, discipline, and positive community engagement.

In his address, MLA Muntazir announced upcoming developmental initiatives aimed at improving sports infrastructure, emphasizing the need to provide youth with enhanced facilities and opportunities for growth.

The high-energy finale celebrated cricketing excellence and the spirit of togetherness among communities. The Champions Cup has grown in popularity over the years and continues to be one of the most anticipated sporting events in the region.

The event concluded with trophy presentations, appreciation awards, and jubilant celebrations marking the well-deserved victory of the Haran Challengers Giants. Organizers expressed heartfelt gratitude to all teams, guests, sponsors, and supporters for contributing to the success of the tournament.
